2. Third-Party AI Processing
LanHive uses a third-party AI service, Fal.ai and Replicate.com, to process content you upload, including images, text, audio, and videos, in order to generate AI results.
When you use AI features, your content is securely transmitted to Fal.ai and/or Replicate.com for processing. This is necessary to generate the images, videos, or edits you request.
Fal.ai and Replicate.com processes your data only to provide the requested output. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes, including marketing or storage beyond processing.
LanHive does not store your uploaded content after processing. Any temporary handling by third-party providers is limited to what is required to complete your request and is done securely.
By using LanHive’s AI features, you consent to this third-party processing.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide you with our Services, including processing credit purchases and generating Assets.
- To improve and develop our Services.
- To communicate with you about your account and our Services.
- To provide customer support.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, and security threats.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Information Sharing
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- When we have received your consent to share it.
- With third-party service providers who process or provide Services on our behalf, subject to at least the same level of privacy protection as committed to herein.
